You can erase everything Smriti holds about you and your loved one at any time, from the same WhatsApp chat you set it up in, with one word. No forms, no waiting on us.

How to delete everything

In your WhatsApp chat with Smriti:

Reply DELETE (just that word).
Erasure begins immediately and runs automatically.
You receive a confirmation message in the chat when it is complete.

What gets erased

DELETE is a real erasure, not a hide. It removes, in this order:

The digital copy of your voice held at our voice partner, ElevenLabs.
Your stored voice recording, your photo, and every generated video file.
Your setup answers, your loved one’s number, and delivery records in our database.

What is kept, and why

One record survives: proof that you gave consent and later withdrew it. Indian data-protection law expects us to be able to demonstrate both. That record contains no voice data, no photo, and no message content — only what you agreed to and when.

If you can no longer use the chat

Lost access to the WhatsApp number you signed up with? Write to us at the contact address at the bottom of this page from any channel, tell us the number you used, and we will verify it is you and run the same erasure by hand.

Want a pause instead?

If you only want messages to stop for a while, reply STOP in the chat — everything pauses immediately and nothing is deleted.
